Sweet Moments of Camp

The blessings of a baby. My sweet little baby is growing into a little boy. It makes me happy and sad all at the same time. He no longer wants my help when he is trying to get up or off something, when he feeds himself, in the bathtub or any other new thing. But the sweet moments are when he wakes up in the morning and wants to cuddle with no one other than his momma. I mean Dada tries to get in on the cuddle action but Camp won't let him. When he s watching Pinky Dinky Doo in the afternoon and want to sit in my lap with his juice. Or when he gets hurt and wants me to let him know that everything is going to be ok. Those moments are now fullfilling the old baby moments. I just don't want those moments to go way. Here is one of those great moments.

I know that Camp is my precious baby, but I think he could be a genious. Now which set of genes gave him is smarts is obvious, but it amazes me what new things he learns everyday. I have kindergarteners that do not know the sounds of his name and Camp a 15 month old baby does. Here is the back ground on how he learned this. No I am not a mean mother making him learn this stuff already, he learned by playing. Gumbea bought a Leap Frog letter sound thing for her refridgerator. Well she only put out the letters of his name. One day we started singing him the song and he said the sounds back. Now he can sing it anywhere and it is so cute. I have tried to get him to do it for the camera and this is as good as it gets.
