Missing the Family

I am really writing this blog to start keeping in touch with my friends and family. The holiday season is approaching quickly and I am just not in the spirit in which I am normally in. With Christmas being my FAVORITE holiday, I am normally really excited about decorating and shopping and the whole nine yards. Well I feel alittle torn because I should be excited as it will be Camp's first Christmas and then I am sad because Neil, Leah and Jack will not be here. I really miss them and I feel that a part of me is missing with them gone. I don't have garage sale buddies; Not that Leah was really cheery in the mornings and Neil and I fought the whole time. But it was all the fun things we did together that I really miss.

Now on a bright note. CAMP is wonderful. He is growing so fast and I mean fast. He is so close to walking it is almost frustrating me that he has not taken off. He will take a step and then get scared and fall to the ground. That scared stuff must come from the Churchill's, I mean my superior genes were walking at 8 months. :) I hope everyone remembers to tell their family they love them and truly cherish this Holiday Season.

I too am having a hard time getting into the Christmas spirit, but we have to work past that and make it a fun Christmas anyway.
